This almond butter and chia jam toast is such a quick and delicious breakfast, lunch, or snack! Whole grain bread provides a great base for the natural almond butter, homemade jam, seeds, and nuts. ½tablespoonsliced almonds(optional, or use your favorite nut)
Instructions
Toast 1 slice of whole grain or whole wheat bread to your desired toast preference.
Spread the natural almond butter on the toast. Creamy almond butter spreads evenly and easily.
Add the chia seed jam on top of the almond butter and spread.
Top with hemp hearts and sliced almonds, or add your favorite nuts and seeds.
Serve and enjoy immediately.
