Instructions
To heat treat the flour, microwave it in a bowl for four 20-second intervals, stirring in between each one. Let the flour cool for 5-10 minutes. Alternatively, spread the flour on a clean baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes, stirring halfway to eliminate any bacteria.
