This edible brownie batter recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan. It is such an easy recipe with the best chocolate flavor. Make it for one person as a single serving or divide it for two people. It tastes just like "real" brownie batter and is completely safe to eat.
To make your own oat flour at home, add a heaping ⅓ cup of old-fashioned oats or quick oats to a blender or food processor. Blend until you have a fine oat flour, then measure out ⅓ cup.

In a medium-sized bowl, melt the coconut oil in the microwave. Once melted, whisk in the coconut sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
¼ cup melted coconut oil, ⅓ cup coconut sugar, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Add the oat flour, cacao powder, and salt to the bowl. Stir until well combined. The mixture will be very thick.

Stir in the plant milk one tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached. Then mix in vegan chocolate chips, if desired.
